Custom Cable Solutions:

Prop 1

Teledyne Storm - Cable Solutions Group (CSG) has 50+ years of custom cable manufacturing experience providing wire and cable solutions for industries such as Subsea and Marine, Defense, Medical, Oil and Gas, and Industrial; all designed to withstand their unique abusive environments and requirements. Teledyne Storm - CSG utilizes advanced materials and precision manufacturing processes, under stringent quality suveillance, to satisfy each unique cable need.

We further deliver value via low-minimum orders and fast deliveries. Whereas most manufacturers require 10,000+ foot minimums and months for delivery, Teledyne Storm - CSG can manufacture as few as 100 feet of cable in weeks.

KAPTAMID™ - Strong by Design Many winch systems apply an extreme force on the external jacket layer while retracting, deploying payload or during deployment. Teledyne Storm's trademarked KAPTAMID™ cable captivates the aramid layers to prevent cable core elongation, and tears or wrinkles in the cable jacket.

Hazardous Location (Class 1 Div. 2) Cables Cables for use in HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS - Class 1 Division 2 - Teledyne Storm manufactures a CSA and ETL agency approved, custom engineered insulation and jacket material that meets the requirements of C1 D2 without the need to install in conduit.

MIL-DTL-3432H

150° Service Cable A highly engineered cross-linked thermoplastic elastomer that replaces traditional rubber. This insulatiing and jacket material remains flexible down to -40°C and heat stablized rated at 1000 hours at 150°C replacing traditional rubber cables at a significantly lower cost.
