Custom Cable Our vertically integrated facility enables TDY Storm to meet the goals of the project without forcing off-the-shelf product or the excessive minimum purchases and long lead times often found with custom products. Braid and tape shields can be used for EMI and RFI protection. Engineered insulation and jacketing materials are available to withstand the harshest environments.

Termination and Assembly

Utilizing our internally manufactured cable, TDY Storm can complete the termination and assembly to any connector (crimp, solder, IDC, or weld):

Solid Molded Cables In lieu of a mechanical backshell, TDY Storm has the capability to solid mold any connector type. We carry a full line of round circular MIL molds from shell size 8 to 36. Should your application require a custom design, our in-house mold tool design team can engineer a solution for your application no matter what the connector or breakout.
